Pay Rate: £12.84 - £15.19 per hour (DOE)
Start Date: Immediate start available
The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to join a busy construction site based in Greatworth (OX17 2HL). This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work on a well-managed project with a reputable team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out drainage works (deep and shallow)
- Kerbing, edging, and paving/slab laying
- Excavation and trenching
- Concrete works including foundations and footings
- Assisting plant operators and general site duties
- Maintaining high health & safety standards on site
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Groundworker
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Additional tickets such as CPCS/NPORS or Confined Spaces (advantageous)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Full PPE
